Training Records

OLAS tracks your employees' progress through your programme giving you a complete record of all training undertaken. It automatically maintains up-to-date training records enabling you to see who has completed a course, when it was completed and what score they received in their quiz. As well as showing who has completed training, OLAS shows real-time reports to view employees who have yet to complete their training. Risk Assessment Records

OLAS makes managing large-scale risk assessments as easy and economical as it could possible be. It maintains a complete history of all risk assessments, responses to each question and actions taken to resolve any concerns for due diligence records. Prescribed actions

OLAS allows as an optional feature, to prescribe what action line managers or even employees can take in resolving concerns raised during risk assessment completions. This feature ensures a consistent approach to how concerns are resolved across the organisation. It also reduces the time spent on resolving simpler concerns freeing up the line-manager's time to deal with more serious concerns. CLICK HERE

Prompts

During the risk assessment process, some concerns are raised unnecessarily. This can happen because employees misunderstand some questions.
To reduce confusion, OLAS allows a prompt to appear, containing further information or clarification, prior to the employee raising an unneeded concern.

Enrolment Emails/Automatic Reminder Emails

These are administration email features that allow you to efficiently and effectively notify your employees of training assignments. OLAS administrators have the ability to send an email to all employees who have been assigned to a particular training course.
Enrolment emails are used to inform employees that they have been enrolled on a course, their necessary login details, and their completion date. The enrolment email also has the added option of allowing text to be added informing the employee why they are doing a particular course.
OLAS also allows the option to send automatic reminder emails to those employees who have not yet completed their training. This is a powerful tool for effectively getting employees to complete their training.

Line Managers and Mangers Integration

OLAS allows for any number of line mangers and mangers to set up as administrators on the system. Designated managers receive an email when an employee has completed a training course and if any risk assessments were undertaken it will register any concerns.
OLAS also allows for the details of a Health & Safety contact within your organisation to be entered onto the system. The details of this person will be displayed to Users at the start of every course they undertake, as well as on the various help pages within OLAS. CLICK HERE

Employee Enrolment

OLAS allows for easy registration and enrolment of employees. You can batch enrol employees on more than one course and set a start and finish date for completion. CLICK HERE

Employee/Department Searches

OLAS allows for administrators of the system to quickly and easily find an employee, either by surname or department. This alleviates tedious searches and facilitates faster access to an individual training record.
