Master Administrator Training

This service is provided as part of our comprehensive start-up package, which also includes account configuration. This one-to-one training is delivered once customisation and set up have been completed so that you are trained on your own personalised system.

Covers all aspects of account management and includes one-to-one mentoring support for the first six months.

Additional Administrator Training

One-to-one training programme that caters for a change in administrators, or for situations where muliple administrators are required. The session covers:

• uploading employee data 
• updating risk assessments and re-enroling employees in the latest courses
• monitor training and resolve employee risk assessment concerns

Includes one-to-one mentoring for the first six months.

Sub Administrator Training

Effective group training for Line Managers, DSE Assessors or Safety Reps who act as lower level adminstrators within O-LAS. The session includes a telephone conference to introduce O-LAS and provide a walk through of the basic features available to sub administrators.

Includes one-to-one mentoring support for 28 days.
