Induction Essentials

Designed as an introduction to the area of Health & Safety, this 20-minute course is designed around a core syllabus and a specific customisation syllabus.
The core syllabus includes: A section on accidents, Risk Assessment, Relevant legislation, Employees' responsibilities and how the legislation is enforced.
Customisation includes (all or some aspects offered optional): A welcome screen, A brief history of your company, Company Mission Statement, Company objectives, Company's Safety Statement/Relevant people in charge of specific areas within Health and Safety.

The course also includes a final quiz at the end which tests their retention and understanding of the course material.

Your employee's participation and test results will be recorded in OLAS, EssentialSkillz's Online Learning & Assessment System, providing you with a permanent record of your training programme.
