What is an Annual Subscription?

A subscription license allows each user unlimited access to the licensed software for a fixed period of time, usually 3 years. The annual cost per user depends on the number of users and the number of courses and risk assessments licensed. Costs are spread over the lifespan of the contract as an annual recurring charge is made.

This includes everything you need such as:

• license for ErgoWize training course and assessment software
• license for management system (reports and records)
• technical support updates
• backups, maintenance and hosting
