What are Flexible Training Credits (FTCs)?

FTCs provide organisations with ‘credits' which can be used by all or selected members of staff. Credits are valid for a period of 12-months from the date of purchase providing you with an excellent opportunity to stretch your training budget from one financial year to the next. You can redeem FTCs against any course or risk assessment in our library.

What is the added value proposition of EssentialSkillz FTCs?

The  FTCs training programme allows you unrestricted access to the administrative functions of O-LAS, our market leading Learning Management & Assessment System. You can roll out the software to your employees using the automated enrolment and reminder emails. This licensing option also includes hosting, technical support and product upgrades. O-LAS also allows you to dynamically customise course content and risk assessments at no extra cost. More extensive changes to the standard functionality of the system are possible, but this work is chargeable.

How do FTCs work?

Any completed course = 1 credit/ Any completed assessment = 1 credit
Credits are only used upon completion of any 1 of EssentialSkillz training courses or risk assessments. Courses and tests created using our CDT (Content Development Tool), will also need an allocation of 1 credit each to allow employees to complete them.
