What is O-LAS?

O-LAS is a Learning Management System (LMS) with a difference. An LMS is a training database used by organisations to deploy, track and manage an e-learning programme. It reports on who has, or has not, completed and passed their assigned online courses. 

O-LAS was designed to manage the particular complexities of Display Screen Equipment (DSE) training and the associated risk assessments that accompany this process. By combining the facility to manage DSE training and risk assessment data side by side in one database, EssentialSkillz have created a unique and powerful tool.
