DSE Assessor Training
EssentialSkillz offer a DSE Assessor training service to organisations who wish to better manage the resolution of DSE concerns in-house by training more people to take up this role.
Our experienced trainers equip assessors with the knowledge and skills to be able to carry out display screen equipment assessments effectively through enjoyable and stimulating training sessions.
Our DSE Assessor training can be tailored to accommodate an organisation's specific policy and procedure. The course can be based around a manual process or related to directly to ErgoWize if you're also using our software to manage DSE compliance.
Each delegate will be provided with an Assessor Training pack, which includes Assessment Form and User's Guidebook, plus a Certificate of Attendance.
This one day training course covers:
- An overview of the Health & Safety Regulations relating to DSE
- The role of the DSE Assessor
- The potential risks associated with DSE
- Workstation environment & equipment (including laptops and homeworking)
- The Workstation Assessment process
- Implementing corrective measures
- Re-assessment requirements
- Practical session on completing DSE Assessments
