EssentialSkillz are responsible for resolving issues related to the technical functioning of the EssentialSkillz software/system/web site.


What do I get in the way of user support?

Employees using the training will invariably have queries that aren't related to the correct technical functioning of the EssentialSkillz software/system/web site. Initially these are technical issues that internal IT departments need to fix... internet access, flash player, corrupt browser, pop ups blocked, etc. Employee queries should always be directed to the main system administrator and if they can't resolve them, EssentialSkillz will examine the query.

For customers availing of the Virtual Manager service, EssentialSkillz will handle all user issues.


How are Support, Hosting & Upgrades charges applied?

Your licence provides you with full technical support and includes the cost of hosting your e-learning portal on our servers. Hosting your application allows us to provide you with the best possible level of service and responsiveness without any reliance on your internal IT staff. You also benefit immediately from the latest product and system upgrades. This service is free of charge with all licence options.
