Administrator’s Guide to O-LAS This short course can assist you in getting up to speed on setting up and running O-LAS. It teaches you how to:
- upload employee data
- customise risk assessments
- set up departments and enrol your staff on courses
- monitor training and resolve employee risk assessment concerns
It also serves as useful refresher training.
Quick Guide to O-LAS This course is ideal for training line managers, safety reps, and H&S co-ordinators who will act as system administrators. In just 4 minutes train managers & assessors how to:
- log on to O-LAS
- run reports on who has, and has not, completed their training
- resolve employee concerns arising from the completion of risk assessments.
Content Development Tool (CDT) Tutorial This tutorial covers how to create, edit and manage your own on-line training content. Transferring classroom-based training material to online training has never been so easy:
- copy and paste from other applications
- insert pictures and graphs or make hyperlinks to other documents
- verify employees' knowledge with an exit test
- create standalone tests
