EssentialSkillz require an extremely competent and technically adept person to support customers in maximising the benefits of using WorkWize for their compliance training requirements. The position would suit a Graduate with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. A good understanding of web applications, spreadsheets, and web browsers, is essential for this challenging and rewarding role.
You will communicate directly with clients, through email, phone, online chat and web demonstrations. You will be required to work closely with our internal Sales, Product and Technical teams to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire customer implementation.
While managing client accounts and supporting internal teams, you will utilise your organisational skills and learn to offer an exceptional customer service experience to your clients. You will be responsible for the success of your clients, while escalating and resolving technical, product, or account issues. You will play a key part in the Essentialskillz team that promotes a successful culture throughout their customer service.
