EssentialSkillz provide employers with compliance training solutions using WorkWize, their specialist e-learning web application. Headquartered in Galway over 80% of sales are generated in the UK. Customers include Rolls-Royce, Manchester City FC, Prada, HM Treasury, Britvic and Boston Scientific.

EssentialSkillz require an extremely competent and technically adept person to support customers in maximising the benefits of using WorkWize for their compliance training requirements. The position would suit a Graduate with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. A good understanding of web applications, spreadsheets, and web browsers, is essential for this challenging and rewarding role.

The Role

You will communicate directly with clients, through email, phone, online chat and web demonstrations. You will be required to work closely with our internal Sales, Product and Technical teams to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire customer implementation.

While managing client accounts and supporting internal teams, you will utilise your organisational skills and learn to offer an exceptional customer service experience to your clients. You will be responsible for the success of your clients, while escalating and resolving technical, product, or account issues. You will play a key part in the Essentialskillz team that promotes a successful culture throughout their customer service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work in a team environment which allows you to continually learn and grow within your role.
  • Become a WorkWize product expert to enable you to carry out a successful implementation for each customer.
  • Deal with customer requests from various platforms such as phone, email, online chat and screen share software.
  • Provide training over the phone and via web demonstrations.
  • Proactively work with your team internally to continually improve processes.
  • Facilitate customer calls between technical teams and your customers enabling the process.
  • Work to exceed customer expectations and meet the standards currently offered.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues customers may experience and manage any escalations internally around these issues..

The person

  • A good understanding of web technologies and applications.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years technical support experience (essential).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Hard working, capable and wanting to succeed in a challenging and varied customer implementation role.
