As an enhanced security measure, from September 5th we will move all of our client-base over to a full SSL connection. This will ensure our site is fully encrypted for all users and administrators, allowing full verification of our system across all browsers.
It doesn’t require any action from your side – SSL certificate will be applied automatically once you login into eLearning system.
SSL refers to a Secure Socket Layer, a standard encryption technology used in the transfer of data from a user’s browser to the web server. After the secure connection is made, the session key is used to encrypt all transmitted data. Browser connects to a web server (website) secured with SSL (https). Browser requests that the server identify itself. Server sends a copy of its SSL Certificate, including the server’s public key.
