We’ve introduced a new support channel for our customers – a chat. Straight from O-LAS system you can now launch a chat window and get reply to all your questions immediately. Chat button is always present on the bottom of the screen, no matter what part of O-LAS you’re in.
After you click the chat button on the bottom right, chat window will expand and you can start chatting with our support representative. Our chat offers also file transfer functionality so if you need to send us any data you can do it while chatting.
